Can not praise Monta enough !! After almost two weeks of sleepless nights and days of pain with trapped nerves and knotted muscles in back, neck and arms a visit to her spa for a deep tissue massage and I was like a new person, I followed this up with a hot stone massage and have been doing cartwheels since, Monta speaks excellent English and thoroughly understood my problems, she was very professional and explained each procedure while carrying out an excellent all round service, lovely clean spa, highly recommended, ive since booked another massage session, if she can make this old wreck of a man feel like a 21 year old athlete again then miracles can and DO happen, Thank you Monta.
