My first visit and had a massage with Monta, and it was a really positive experience from start to finish. Monta was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away, taking the time to understand what areas needed attention.
The massage itself was excellent—firm where it needed to be, but still relaxing overall. Monta clearly knows what they’re doing, working through tension in a way that felt effective without being uncomfortable. I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed.
